I've been doing a lot of mock drafts lately... I do 12-man leagues.

He goes late 2nd/early 3rd... and I'm the one who takes him 90% of the time.

I'm starting to believe he'll be a top 5 fantasy RB this year, so I think he's a steal wherever you get him outside of the 1st.

I have to always weight the rest of the talent on the board compared to risk management. If its the top of the third and graham is on the board as well as CJ, I'm probably gonna go graham. If the top rbs are gone and I didn't get one of the ones I primarily wanted, I might swing for a boot higher risk/reward player in CJ.

My drafts continuously change based on where the rest of the talent is as well.

I just can't bring myself to drafting a TE that early.

I did it last year in one league with Gronk in the 2nd round and ended up winning the league though.

4 point APG more than the next possible TE comparison along with possible trade leverage. I wouldn't want to take one in the second tho. It'd is the earlier I'd go of course while considering the talent spread/board.

It's easy to say you won't/will do something while talking strategy. However I find its a lot harder to stay on path when mocks or drafts go sideways. Gotta have the different strategies in order so you don't get tube locked if said player doesn't slide

There is too much depth at QB these days. Elites are fun, but RBs are at a premium now. There aren't enough solid RBs to be waiting that long IMO.

Unless you strategically plan on drafting sleepers in hopes of them pulling through. Last year guys like Doug Martin & CJ Spiller were good RBs picked up later. That is a riskier move I think.

Only way i will take Spiller is if he falls to the bottom of the 1st round... and I'll have to draft Fred Jackson later in the draft to handcuff him.

I'm still not a believer in Spiller.

Forgot Alfred Morris. Got him on a flyer after the draft last year. Talk about bomb bay. I had targeted him in the preseason, said to my homie, he's the sleeper I'm taking, saw him blow up and was like wow.... Hahahaha awesome. But risky strategy.

Kolb as their qb or even EJ Manuel... It's a good possibility he gets the lions share of the carries. However, I don't like the depth push and possible loss of carries cuz Fred gets hot.

Yeah I didn't mention him because I'm pretty sure there was not one person in all of fantasy football who saw that coming. Maybe a diehard redskins fan or two actually drafted him. He was an amazing surprise.
