What criteria are some of you using for these lists?

How is Andy Dalton with an 83 passing rating rate in any top 10? He has yet to win a playof game.

No rookie from last year deserves to be there either. After RG3 was rated as the 15th best player in the whole league we can call him the most overrated in the league. Can he make it through a season without a major injury first? And perhaps win a playoff game first?

Romo is viable because his record as a starting QB is 55-38 and his career passing rating is 96. He doesn't have the talent around him that Ryan has had. He has failed in the playoffs but so has P Manning and Matt Ryan.

    1. Rogers
    2. Brady
    3. P Manning
    4. Brees
    5. Roethlisberger
    6. E Manning
    7. Flacco
    8. Ryan
    9. Schaub
    10. Romo

Andy Dalton the 9th best QB? I can think of 7 guys who are better that are not on that list.

Why is Romo's 1-3 playoff record keep him off of top 10 lists but Ryan's 1-4 post season record is fine with people?

Romo threw for 426 yards in his one playoff win so he hardly was Dilfering it.

Romo has 4 Td and 2 ints in his 4 playoff games. Ryan has 9 tds and 7 ints in his.

Romo's seasonal passing ratings since becoming a starter.

    95.1
    97.4
    91.4
    97.6
    94.9
    102.5
    90.5

But he is not as good as Andy Dalton?

    In what league?

    9. Romo
    10. Schaub

gigantic drop off after 4, I consider Schaub to be barely more than a good game manager.

I dont mean to single you out, but why is Kaep better again? Kaep seems to get way too much credit IMO. He's on the perfect team, and his flaws have been nicely hidden.

I definitely don't like Tony Romo or the Cowboys, but hey, I can recognize a good QB when I see one, and as funny as it may sound, Tony Homo is a good QB.

    Kapp has better tats.

I dont waste a lot of time reading stats. I watch play. Homo looks lost a lot and makes shlt salad when handed shlt. Kapp, as young as he is, makes filet mignon when handed shlt. He is a winner. No slap at locker, but kapp could have gotten us a wildcard game last year. Prolly would have lost bcuz our D sucked. But he would have been the diff in at least two or three of our losses. Put homo in same boat... Same result as if we had hass playing.

Kaep was electrifying at time last year, there's no denying that. But like all run first QB's he too will fall from the top. Take away those scrambles that extended plays and you have a pretty average looking passer.

Watch Kaep try to be Super Man and do too much, also watch for him to be baited into a lot of bad throws. This is how you slow down a guy like him, and it's going to happen.

I dont have anything against the kid, but Im not buying into all the hype.

I don't know which Kapp you were watching but the one I saw made incredible passes. Ya, he runs a bit. The passing and decision making was what got him to the bowl. Don't kid your self. He may have a lesser year this year now that people know what he can do, but I think he rises above it. Hands down I would take Kapp over homo every day of the week and twice on Sunday.
