cant argue much with what you said, but QB is the #1 position you have to be good at in football. Even the game manager QBs with Super Bowl wins won with skilled game management. The answer to the thread has to be Steve McNair simply because he's a quarterback.

One of my best memories as a Titan's fan was watching Albert Hainsworth pound Peyton Manning into the turf two games every season. His wrinkled up cry baby face still makes me laugh. We all know how that ended up . . .

That said, it's really simple: Speed of the leader; speed of the team. McNair was the man. He ran the show, would man-up week after week, and no player on his team could ever question his heart or determination. He did't take crap from anyone. His teams reflected that attitude and the players surrounding him were on board. If Jake Locker can achieve just a little of that we will be just fine.

This team has not had a leader since Steve left. It went beyond stats!

McNair is the answer to this, but I loved me some '06 Pac. My favorite game was the Jags game where he had the long interception TD, a long kick return, then broke up a pass to seal the game. The Jags the ball for like 42 minutes and had like 3 times as many yards on offense. Finnegan had like a 90 yarder for TD as well.

I voted CJ2k. If he gets 2k again we'll kill other teams with our play action. There is no wrong answer to this question and watching CJ shut the haters up and lead us to the playoffs would be my preferred way to see the season go. *puts on flame shield*

There is a wrong answer to this and you came up with it.

CJ2K could return with a great O-Line (which we may have again), but if you go and try to extract the 2009 Chris Johnson and place him one the 2012 team, you don't have anything.
