Is it just me?!

I've thought about going to this game.

Then again, I went to Pittsburgh for the season opener back in 2009 and the next thing we knew... 0-6.

I think I'm just going to keep my sights set on the away games in STL and Indy.

 

This time will be totally different than 2009. If you guys remember, the 2009 Steeler team had just won the Super Bowl and even went back to Super Bowl the same season. Polamalu was in his prime back then, now he can't play a whole season. And he isnt as fast or quick as he used to be. This year Steelers will be without Wallace and Harrison. Their starting RB is a rookie. Their D is OLD OLD OLD. And we should be going into the game with no injuries unlike playing them last year when Locker was hurt (and we STILL won).

I honestly can see us beating both the Steelers and Chargers this season. I can't WAIT to watch T'eo get BURNED by CJ over and over!!!

 

I hate the steelers. I may even hate the steelers more than I like the Titans.

Titans have betrayed my trust before.. Steelers have never betrayed my hatred.

 

FYI, the Steelers missed the playoffs in 2009. They only ended up with one more win than us.

We're actually the reason they missed the playoffs. You know why?... We took out Polamalu for several weeks. That cost them their season. F*ck you, Pissburgh. Suck on that.

And regardless of them being the world champions that year, we beat them down 31-14 and we would've done it all over again in the AFC Championship if we hadn't been cheated in the Ravens playoff game.

 

I think one of the best things we have going into this game is the fact that the steelers cant really gameplan against us. We dont even know what we will do yet. Half of our team is new starters. I cannot wait.

 

It would be a massive win. Week 1 vs the Steelers @ Heinz Field? A win would get all of Titans Nation beyond excited

 

Which is why playing the Steelers in the first game is going to be a problem for us. Not enough time for Polamalu to get hurt.

That rookie is good. I am not going to call him a poor mans Adrian Peterson like JCBRAVE but he is good. More like a second coming of Larry Johnson but with a better attitude and work ethic.

 

I just hope we're gonna mess Heinz Field up The Dark Knight Rises style. If a few Stoolers get in the way, knock 'em down and run 'em over.

 

We would have been without CJ most likely for the rest of the playoffs! We lost that game ourselves by turning the ball over 3 times in the redzone!

 

Shoot Id take a Larry Johnson any day. Back to back 1700-yard seasons, who does that?
