How Important Will Gregg Williams Be To The Titans This Season

    Williams is a gamble. Is it one that will pay off?

    I hope so - but my gut hurts thinking about it! :facepalm:

    I don't know how I missed it, but getting a new WR's coach Shawn Jefferson is big as well. Dave Ragone is back to QB coach. SJ coached Calvin johnson up so he might be decent.

    I like Ragone as WR coach, he really got the most out of our guys in 2011.

    Thanks to Williams, both Ayers and Brown should see about 10 sacks each.

    I have a feeling, with our current and added speed on defence, we will see a lot of exotic's this season. Hopefully we will be doing something I was screaming for every defensive play, every single game last year, PRESSURE THE DAMN QB!!!!!!!

    I think we made some really good coaching moves, especially Williams, Jefferson, and Croom. Even though Gray is the DC by title I totally expect this defense to be controlled by Williams.
