Roy couldnt go across the middle that well b/c he got alligator arms when he did. For a season and a half he had good hands. Other than that he wasnt very good!

Adding size and strength is a lot simpler (note: not easier) than people believe. It's a simple matter of eating at a caloric surplus while making sure you get enough protein, having a good routine, and adequate rest time. I don't see Hunter having a problem with any of those things. The only people this would not work for are people who are already very close to reaching their genetic potential for size/strength which by looking at Justin he is clearly no where near. The only concern would be maintaining his speed but I'm sure NFL strength and conditionning coaches know their stuff.

Yeah I guess for me, I eat non-stop... and just don't gain weight. Stupid metabolism.

I feel for ya man. I'm no personal trainer but one solid piece of advice I hear from people who know their stuff is to count your calories daily for about a wek. A lot of guys trying to add weight think they eat a lot but are surprised at how little calories they're actually taking in. Plug your height/weight/age/activity level into one of those caloric intake calculators online and it'll tell you how many calories you burn in a day. Whatever that number is make sure you take in 300-500 more cals than that everyday, get yourself a good lifting routine (google Westside for Skinny Bastards by Joe DeFranco) and I promise you'll gain weight. I also hear that 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight is optimal for strength building. Best of luck bud.

Orrrr you can actually go to a nutrion/fitness place and they have a mask you breathe into for five minutes and it tells you how many calories you need to take in each day to remain the same weight. Mine was like 3200 or something like that but I'm a body builder who likes to have just lean muscle mass. Not just big muscle.

You could definitely do that but from what i've heard the variance between your approach and the online calculators are pretty negliable. Since you had the test done, try the online calculator and compare the results. I'd be really interested in seeing if the discrepancy is bigger than reported.

Just did it. Now this test I did was done almost 2 years ago but it only varied by 178 calories from this calc. Not to shabby!

Yeah, i'm like 6'2 175... really just got into weight lifting though. Basketball was my sport in high school/college and I never really did that much heavy weight lighting was just a tall lengthy kid. Now that i'm all done with that i'm trying to bulk up. I got a pal who's in college to be a physical trainer/nutrionist so he's helping me out. Only been on it for like a month now and i'm noticing progress. Mostly I'm just speaking from my high school time when I'd eat a zillion cals a day and get nothing, was also in cross country, football, basketball, track, and baseball so burnt a zillion and one a day lol

    Time and dedication, it'll come.
