Hey if Hunter winds up like either of those above WR's you mentioned, I'd be thrilled!

On NFL network yesterday they were talking about how much buzz Julio Jones generated last year with his combine workout. They then threw up the stats comparing Jones and Hunter and they were basically the same. The talking heads felt that Hunter could be the best WR in this class and if it all comes together could be in the class of Julio Jones. Think aout what the Falcons gave up to get Julio in the top 10. If Hunter pans out then no one will be bitching about not having a 3rd next year.

LOL. Julio Jones was a much more physical WR than Hunter. He also is a better route runner than Hunter.

All year long we complain about being mediocre. Now we grabbed a potential difference maker at WR and some of you guys ***** we gave up a 3rd Rd. pick. To top it off some wanted Woods instead, who will be a decent to mediocre NFL receiver, but never a true #1.
When I watch tape of Hunter, I honestly do not see Julio Jones, but more AJ Green. I see the type of receiver we never ever had on the Titans squad.
And he is ten times better at running routes than Patterson.

Hunter is the best receiver in this draft and honestly will turn out to be one of the best players overall, especially on offense. He was recovering from ACL injury and still put up good numbers. He has the potential to be the true #1 and a real NFL Star

You guys nitpicking over the weight thing just stop, dude is nearly 200lbs, same as CJ and more than Washington. Justin Hunter will be fine, he's even said he'd like to eventually get to 210.

10-15 lbs of muscle will be incredibly easy for a guy with Hunter's frame to put on and maintain. I wouldn't go any bigger than that or his speed might begin to be affected.

The main point was that last year everyone was going crazy over what type of athlete Jones was and how he had exploded at the combine. Hunter from an athletic standpoint has the same measurables as Jones, but he didn't create the buzz that Jones did.

I don't see hunter putting on much weight and it might slow him down.

Another point of reference could be Al Toon the great Jets WR who might have had a hof career had it not been for the concussions.

Video quality is poor but you can see the idea there.
