I'm praying it's a smokescreen, it seems like it it. But good lord, you don't draft at RT with the 10th overall pick.

I think I was less excited than in years past because we've known for so long this day needed to come. LIke in 2011 every minute counted. In 2012 our season was over by November. Ive had too long to think draft for it to be exciting. But as the draft closes in I'm getting it back

You know nothing about offensive line play do you? I would rate your posts about Warmack and Fluker to be Dunce Wayne caliber.

I played TE for 6 years through High School and JC. I know my share, but I'm obviously no offensive coordinator.

I'm pretty sure I know as much as you, but I digress.

Answer me this bigmouth... If we need a RT so badly, why not sign Andre Smith he is literally the same player as Fluker. Plus he has four years of NFL experience so he'd be able to come in and hit the ground running, unlike a rookie.

We don't need a RT we need a RG and Smith is a prima donna and would be very unlikely to sign if told he was going to play RG not tackle. Smith wants to get paid and will garner a contract more expensive than the #10 pick rookie thanks to the CBA. Stewart is staying at RT this year again leaving no space for Smith, Fluker will move to RG and then RT when Stewart leaves. That is more valuable than an interior only lineman.

Stop making baseless assumptions too like they are the same player, why don't we just go get Smith like it's that easy, we do need a RT badly just next year and it will be nice to have an extremely talented RT be able to move out there after getting his feet wet in the league who also filled a role of need this season. If Locker comes around he is going to need good tackles because he is going to be rolling out very often. A guard will be easier to fill between now and next season.

LOL. So we now think Fluker is a better guard than Warmack and Cooper? I'm sorry but I just don't get that at all. Both will be available at 10 and I'm to buy into the fact that Fluker would be better playing RG than either Warmack or Cooper?

Baseless assumptions, man you're dense. Look at them on tape they are exactly the same player. Both Alabama tackles, both 6'6, 335 and they play the same way. Both are heavy footed, road graders.

Baseless assumptions, dude you're cracking me up. You say Smith is a "prima dona", how do you know that, who is the one making baseless assumptions now? So you know the character of Fluker huh, how do you know he's not a "prima dona" as well?

You're correct I don't know Fluker as a person but from all accounts he has no baggae is a good teammate and works hard. I loved his comments from his pro day ''I enjoyed it. He's a teammate, but at the end of the day it's a work day,'' a sweat-drenched Fluker said. ''I ain't scared of nobody. Work day, baby. That's how we do it. It's the Bama way.''

Smith has had questions since he came into the league. He held out came in out of shape and has some character concerns. He also has an inflated view of his worth which is why he is still unsigned.

You don't know if both G's will be there at 10 but yes one will likely be there. If they take him they did it for a reason and see his short term effect at RG with the ability to play RT in the future as more valuable to this team. He has better feet than he is given credit for but yes he needs work and will have time to as he adjusts to the NFL game at RG. Warmack is a road grader as well so maybe that is what they want at RG.

I'm not saying he is far an away my choice at 10 but I could understand the selection I literally have no idea what we will do but I'm keeping an open mind. I just hate pro comparisons to players when they haven't even played in the league yet. Sure they may have some parallels but that doesn't pinhole a player. People compare Ansah to JPP but he could easily be Vernon Gholston for example.
