I say the same thing about NASCAR, boxing, all forms of baseball and college basketball.

College basketball is quite fun, but the rest can just rot away..

Is Nascar really a sport? I didn't know that.

I said the same thing about baseball whenever I see a baseball game on t.v. except the word "some" would be appropriate after seeing 80 percent of the stadium empty.

I think baseball is the only sport where I actually got fatter when I was playing.

    lol

Baseball aint what it used too be, pre strike that is. Juiceball was even worse than the strike.

I will probably start watching again, but right now I aint got the time so I don't.

And I agree about the economies of baseball. That is another thing that must change if they want casual fans back. Sure a team can win with a low payroll, but all things being equal the low payroll teams ( and that is most of them) start with a major disadvantage. Baseball needs a CAP, and not this luxury payroll crapola that means nothing too the Yankees ect.., but an actual hard CAP. Oh and revenue sharing, which is one of the reasons the Yankees can outspend everyone and not give a crap

well there is that guy for sure.

I guess hes the only one ever...

and Stern makes no bones about the fact that the NBA is about the stars not the teams. Meaning Jordan was more important too the NBA than the Bulls were. James will win again cause its the best story line.

check out the Lakers 'drive' too make the POs without their 'star' the rapist Bryant.

    NBA is a joke

Yeah they had a good run. That proves nothing. And have you ever seen some of the roughing the passer calls Tom Brady gets? Same thing. Every league is about the stars. They're the ones who fill the seats.

The last 3 NBA seasons have been stellar. Ultra competitive and tons of good teams and players. The 1 and done rule is subtracting from NCAA and adding to NBA

And didn't they prove in court that the rape allegations were BS? Hanging onto a decade old false allegation is silly. Kobe is one of the best athletes ever to play sports in America.
