Lions need Prince Amukamara. The CBs on that team are horrible.

I'm curious where you got the idea that KVB was not very fast. He ran a 4.68 40 at his combine which would be tied for 2nd best at this years combine among D-linemen if you don't count Moch.

    Mine has changed some too.

    Previous:

    Nick Fairley
    Marcel Dareus
    Von Miller
    Da'Quan Bowers
    JJ Watt
    Patrick Peterson
    Robert Quinn
    Cameron Jordan

    Now:

    Nick Fairley
    Marcel Dareus
    Von Miller
Julio Jones (because of Britt's recent run ins with the law)
    JJ Watt
    Da'Quan Bowers
    Robert Quinn
    Ryan Mallett/Jake Locker

Oddly enough, the draft is so much on my mind I've been dreaming about it the last week or so. The last 2 nights we've drafted Jake Locker.

    Um...

Just to clarify, Locker AND Mallett are in your top 9 players while Newton and Gabbertt are not? Also, are your players listed in order and is this your overall ratings or only specific to the Titans?

Yes, these, as well as everyone elses are relative to the Titans. Not necessarily who we think are the top 8 players.

Mallett and Locker are my top 2 QBs. Gabbert might be the most highly overrated prospect I've ever seen. And Cam Newton scares me for a variety of reasons.

If all of the top 7 players on my board are gone, I think going QB is the next best bet, although I still would prefer to get one in the 2nd.

Why is Peterson the only "100% Elite Level talent" in this draft?

    He's not.

In fact- I think he sucks as a cover-corner. Had he not returned kicks, most people wouldn't even know his name.

His only claim to fame is that he shut down Julio Jones- because allowing 10 receptions (caught almost every ball thrown to him that game) 89 yards and a TD is shutting someone down... lol

If you're going to take a CB when he isn't that high of a need for your team- he'd better at least be able to cover. Playing space hoping for a pick wont work in the NFL.

    Here's my (non-Titan-specific) overall top 8:

    1. Patrick Peterson
    2. Von Miller
    3. AJ Green
    4. Nick Fairley
    5. Marcell Dareus
    6. Da'Quan Bowers
    7. Prince Amakumara
    8. Julio Jones

    and Titan-specific:

    1. Patrick Peterson
    2. Von Miller
    3. Nick Fairley
    4. Marcell Dareus
    5. AJ Green
    6. Prince Amakumara
    7. Blaine Gabbert
    8. Jake Locker*

    * I know putting Locker here at 8 is going to cause some eye rolls. I really wanted to put Bowers there. But I didn't due to the simple fact that QB is such a pressing need for us and DE isn't IMO. We just drafted Morgan and he showed tons of promise during his brief time on the field last season. I think we take some more time to evaluate where we are with him before spending such a high pick on another DE.
