Oh well, that was par for the year.
I missed it. I was watching the Bears/Packer game when it happened. I did get to see it on the replay though. It just kind of fit the way the whole season has been going
...what the feck?
I was happy we lost as well. Does it make me a bad fan? I wouldn't think so. It was better than a win for a variety of different reasons..
-Better draft pick
-Winning may or may not have saved Jeff Fisher's job
-The Fumble will likely be Collins' last snap as a Titan
I wouldn't have minded losing to Houston a few weeks back either..A week 17 win against Indianapolis would be forgotten within weeks. The oppurtunity to move up 8+ slots in the draft would go far for this franchise.
I was legitimately happy. The difference between 6-10 and 7-9 in the draft is huge.
Anyone know where exactly we'll be picking? I guess we need to cheer for the Seahawks right now.
I giggled, I wont lie. Being a baseball fan I see games won or blown on a day-to-day basiss for stupid reasons. So I have a tolerance.
But to add to a higher pick, we also get D.Morgan back, so its like we get two first rounders this time.
That fumble by Kerry was so Kerry-like! And I called it 4 seconds before it happened LOL! I said - "we need a Kerry Collins play so we can lose this game". And he delivered brilliantly!
I heard we'll be 8th if the seahawks win & 9th if they lose.
Picking 8 would be nice...
