Not a heck of a lot but fairly new at collecting. 270+ games and hope to eclipse 300 by years end.

I don't deny it I do this every day.
I would do this on the hour if I had a Neo Geo collection like that

Why do people record themselves doing stupid things? They should know it WILL get out on the internet.

Just whatever it costs to purchase + ship. I'm not looking to make any money off of the deal or anything. I can call the store this evening and double check the price. If it is $29.99 I'd say $40-45 should easily cover tax + shipping.

But like I said, I'd definitely check out eBay as well. I know I've seen them in the $20-ish range before. I actually had an opportunity about a week ago to buy one for $10 at a yard sale. The guy had NES and SNES and wanted $10 each. I bought the SNES (which was a STEAL) because I didn't already have one. I almost bought the NES anyway since it was such a good deal. But alas, the wife thinks I'm nerdy enough without having multiples of the same retro gaming system. :)

I was a Genesis kid. I loved the SNES too, especially Mario Kart. But I think the "edgy" Sonic (LOL) suckered me in from the get-go with the 16-bit systems.
I did eventually end up getting a SNES but it was toward the end of the 16-bit era. A friend sold it to me pretty cheap as he was saving up for a Sega Saturn. :biglaugh:

I'll try to post a pic of my DVD collection this evening. 1000+ (I quit counting) with custom shelving.

Too bad they're worth pennies on the dollar these days.... :sad2:

I have one of those wife things, so I could never have that kind of set up. Shes tons of fun but when it comes to gaming, shes not very nice. She hates when I try and play a game. She also watches me play and it screws with me cause i know shes mad. I do the same when she watches Basketball Wives or NJ Housewives. Just straight stare at her til she changes that crap.

When shes at work me and the kids go hard on the Wii tho

If you had a Neo Geo collection like that you'd be doing the same thing.

For example the system can go for 700$-over 1000$

    Games 200-500$ or more
He has a room filled with it and it's not just the money. They are super super super hard to find.

Think of it as you just won a 100 million $ and you would dance like that on Youtube also
