SUMMARY: Winning Rookie of the Year and appearing in a Pro Bowl last season hasn't made Titans QB Vince Young complacent. The Titans have been encouraged with Young's development this offseason, from his attitude, to his attendance, to his work ethic. "He is so far ahead of where he was last year, and he is improving weekly," Coach Jeff Fisher said. "That is kind of what you have to do from Year 1 to Year 2." If anything, the Titans missing out on the playoffs has made Young more determined. "I think the first year you play a lot by the seat of your pants," QB Kerry Collins said. "I think the game slows down a bit going from Year 1 to Year 2. I have always said it is important to eliminate a lot of the unnecessary thoughts. Going to Year 2 you have a better understanding and you can just go out and play. We've all seen what Vince is capable of doing, and I think he'll be that much better."
