SUMMARY: Vince Young admits he likes to play in prime time. "It is pretty much all the people that said this or that about myself or about the Tennessee Titans ... we can just basically go out on Sunday and show them the things they are saying about us aren't true," Young said. "That is why I look forward to it. Things that are said about myself, that I am not this kind of quarterback, I don't do this. ... It's a chance to show." On Monday Night Football, he posted his third-best quarterback rating of the season in a Week 3 victory at New Orleans on, and passed for a season-high 305 yards in a loss at Denver last month.

Vince really needs to stop worrying about what people say about him and just do what he always did best...

I would think that too, but it seems that he takes that stuff to heart, and when he does he makes it his sole mission to prove those people wrong, it's his motivation. As he gets older he will refocus and that will not be his only motivation.

Most young people take will stuff like that to heart. But, as he matures as a person/quarteback he'll be able to get past that and just focus on the game. It's all a part of learning the position he plays.

i wish all the critics would start saying that Vince can't run and he's not a playmaker. Since he stays worried about what they think.

I agree that he needs to stop worrying about what the media thinks and just play his game. He is still pretty young and has a bit of growing up to do. I am just glad that we will be around to witness this close up (future is very bright, IMO).

I see 200 yards passing and 50 yards running, but alot of chains moving as a result of the runs. Primetime is VY time.

    GO TITANS!
