Young Closes OTAs With Good Session

So guys that suck even more than Vince? I bet they ran less screens.

ColtKiller - no, rushing for 1100 yards on 409409 carries doesn't really wow me. Or anyone else.

 

I know it's not good but I could not even guess what the average qb percentage is on passes over 21 yards. I watch a lot of football and it's not like there's tons of passes completed that are thrown over 21 yards. I don't know why you're getting defensive by any means, I'm just saying I wish you could give me an idea of what an average qb's percentage is.

I liked the little bit about Hawkins seemingly doing well.

 

Glad to hear VY's footwork has improved per Dinger. No doubt that will translate into a better deep ball.

I have so much respect for Vince as a player...I hope we see him in full action this season.

 

Vince was mostly in the shot gun in college. A lot of hall of fame qbs say that hardest thing is getting used to taking snaps behind the center. Vince has done a great job, and now I want to see is 7 step drops to give the WRs time to go downfield.

 

I'd prefer to see more shotgun myself. Vince seems to read the defense better in it and that's what it is all about. We have backs who can run out of it too. I will be interested to see what Heimerdinger wants to do.
