Things dont look good, they were showing a badly damaged neighbor hood on tv and said other neighbor hoods are blocked off by police and are leveled.
Ive heard 2 confirmed deaths so far in Rutherford Country. i'll have more pics as i get them.
A woman and her 3 month old child were killed when a Tornado touched down on her house and took everything buy a few foundation blocks.
Yeah man i'm ok. We had one hit a couple of miles from where I live, but nothing big. I was at work all day, and we all had to take cover for almost an hour when the warnings were at their worst, but luckily we didn't get hit. I've called all of my friends and family, and they're all doing ok. So I got lucky.
those were some serious super cells
'hope everybody came out unscathed
Screw you dude- You have no idea of what we have been through! To make light of this is assinine. I was driving home with my son and the tornado was coming straight toward my house - I saw it when I was about 3 blocks away. Called my house to tell my wife of 28 years to take cover - cell phones were out and couldn't get through. We drove through the storm - grabbed her and got in a closet with crap flying all over the place. Luckily neither my family or property was hurt unlike many other unfortunate people in this town. I don't know if you retracted your statement in a later post - I just read the first one and hit the roof but had to react to the total insensitivity of the initial message.
I think he posted that last week, but I'm not in charge of looking after Jesse though - lol
FWIW I live in Northern Rutherford and yes everyone is fine
