Cut everyone and use the money to sign Vince Young as a one man team, then win the Superbowl.

I would hire this man and ask him to pay a visit to an underperforming back that is holding my cap room hostage and make sure the contract is restructured or null and void. Whichever is easiest.

Sign JC to a 15 million contract. Get 10 million in kickbacks. JC is terrible, I get fired, and retire to Mexico with my cash for life.

I don't know why, but this question brought up an idea just now I wanted to run by you guys.

Why not make cap room tradable? Like if the Titans had $10 million in extra cap room and felt they were ok as far as their roster goes, and Dallas needed extra room, Dallas could trade their 3rd round pick to us for the extra $10 million of space for the year.

I'm not even sure how cap room would equate to draft picks and/or players, but just something that popped in my head.

Well $10mil damn well better be worth more than a 3rd round pick.
