So if he rushes for more yards than Sanders he deserves to get in the HOF?
How is that skewing numbers? I listed all 4 games and provided the stats , including YPC. Didn't included YPG, that would be a skewed numbers. Not my fault he only got 9 carries, but that was his stats for the game... but using your logic, not counting the 9 carries is skewing the numbers also.
Locker is all over the place.
11/20, 125 yards, 0 TDs, 0 INTs vs 4th ranked Pass D
17/30, 148 yards, 2 TDs, 0 INTs vs 1st ranked Pass D
23/37, 299 yards, 1 TDs, 0 INTs vs 27th ranked Pass D
18/24, 149 yards, 3 TDs, 0 INTs vs 21st ranked Pass D
25/41, 326 yards, 3 TDs, 1 INT vs 8th ranked Pass D
13/22, 185 yards, 0 TDs, 2 INTs vs 9th ranked Pass D
His most yards come against the 8th ranked Pass D, obviously because we we're down early and tried to catch up -- more attempts. He's been all over the place, incosistency at it's finest. However, we're talking about Chris Johnson in this thread, not Jake Locker.
Theres some good info in here. Interesting that they had a coachless meeting between OL & RBs. It seemed to help a ton. I hope this kind of production continues when we get to the colts!
OJ Simpson, Eric Dickerson...
You know that I spend WAY too much time here when I can look at the title of some threads and know EXACTLY who posted it.
A bunch. Remember Chris Henry?
"But even in the glow of a CJ2K-style performance, it’s hard to imagine justifying another $8 million in 2014 for a running back who has only shown periodic flashes of his past greatness. Especially when Rams rookie Zac Stacy racked up 127 yards rushing and two touchdowns in the same game."
Exactly. Paying running backs a second contract is stupid, especially when it's the biggest contract for a running back ever.
We've already invested heavily on the offensive line and I'd guess we're going to continue to do so in the 2014 offseason as well. If those guys pan out there's no reason to pay a running back who needs a great offensive line $8 million if the other, less talented guy also needs a great offensive line and he costs $350,000.
Where's he playing now?
