Like the other poster pointed out, fumbles have been an issue for Mariota throughout his college days as well. There is no doubt his college coaches attempted to fix the issue. I cant believe that no one tried to fix the issue last season, and we know they are trying to this season. At some point you have to give up on trying to fix it and just accept it.

 

2 were directly on Murray, and one was on Douglas dropping a lateral. That doesn't show up in the stats.

McNair was amazing on 3rd down throughout his career. As the offense opened after we picked up Heimerdinger he was one of the top QBs in the league until his body broke down. Fisher held him back for years, and then his lack of work ethic in training led to a shortened career. For four years he was a top 3-5 QB, and the rest of the time he was still highly efficient.

 

Yep, you have to catch that pitch. When you get both hands on the ball hitting you right in the face you have to make a play for your QB. Obviously it wasn't a great pitch, but still a makeable play.

 

Well you should sign up for the guy that decides whose fault it was with your expertise. Your talents are wasted here.

 

No one decides whose fault it is. It's a simple process. Whoever has control of the ball last is charged with the fumble.
