Okay so I've devised a plan, let's see if I'm as smart as I think I am. I'll post the idea after it does or doesn't work.

Okay I completely forgot to revisit this thread once I out smarted Walmart. So here is what I did.

1.) Bought the new functioning XBOX 360.
2.) Heated the sticker/label with a heat gun. Then carefully peeled them off to reapply latter.
3.) Carefully opened the outer shell on both consoles.
4.) Unscrew the skeleton of the unit and removed the serial # bar-code on the back.
5.) Swap the broken junk for new good stuff.
6.) I kept the old outer shell and simply swapped the insides.
7.) So Wally-World got their same fresh unopened box back with their good XBOX's outside. I kept my old shell, but with new guts.

First off guys, I gave Walmart employees tooooo much credit. I thought for sure they'd check stuff out to ensure it properly works and they didn't. I sealed that box up so well it looked perfect, thinking that would deter them from peeking at the old/returned one. They did not give a crap.

^ Why would they? They get biscuits for working and it's not as if Microsoft appluads them for checking such things.

Plus they may hate Microsoft as much as most of the world does.
