Kendall Wright has dropped 14 pounds this offseason after playing near 201 as a rookie.
Wright is listed at 196. "I just started taking care of my body and eating right," Wright said. 201 pounds is a bit bulky for a 5-foot-10 receiver, but 187 is about right. The weight Wright plays at this season shouldn't be a perceptible factor in his production. He'll likely tip the scales somewhere in the 190s. Wright is expected to be a "significant" part of the Titans' game-plan after posting a lukewarm 64/626/4 line last season.

Some of them do. Someone on here mentioned running into Jared Cook. Cook apparently talked about reading the forums and how no one wanted him around anymore.

I'm sure Kendall himself knew he wasn't in the best physical condition possible. Fans definitely let him hear about it when he showed up looking doughy to the combine and his pro day. I'm expecting Kendall to absolutely fly this season. If he ran 4.4 while out of shape and carrying an extra 14 lbs, I expect to finally see the 4.3 speed he displayed in his Baylor days.

I think he will DEFINITELY make an impact this year and shedding 14 lbs will only help him. I think as a rookie, he had a pretty solid year all things considered.

He realizes that there are new WRs on the squad that may take his and Nate's snaps. Let the competition begin at ALL positions.
