Word. My WR pick this draft. Been on that train for a minute.
Honestly, i've never seen him play.
A lot of mike Wallace comparisons but I think he's much more well rounded.
So you want a guy to play 5 games a year then get injured?
I don't know about you guys, but I don't want a WR under 6'2". I want a big tall possession WR that will take the place of Britt when he takes his final snap as a Titan.
Coulda, shoulda, woulda been Alshon Jeffery if the FO would've listened to me.
Sounds like Justin Hunter.
I don't really care about size even though we do have Wright. We knew Wright's measurements when we drafted him and now limiting who we can take because of that would be a mistake. If we wanted a bigger guy on the outside then we shouldn't have drafted one of the shorter WR's last year. I'm already assuming Washington is gone.
So really we can go either with a slot guy or or bigger guy to replace Britt after next year. If we're keeping Wright on the outside then it doesn't really matter but if we move Wright to the slot (doubtful) then we would have to go with another bigger guy. Right now we would be fine just going BPA at the position regardless if he plays out or in.
I just watched his 2012 UCF tape and he had 3 drops in that game alone. Not sure where the 0 drops stat came from. That said I'd welcome him with open arms.
That guy sucks
