They sold out a game! Sure it took playing one of the league's most marketable teams, a year long marketing campaign for THIS game, lots of giveaways for the game (OMG Jags cash!), and major playoff implications but damnit they did it!

I love how excited they are. It's kinda like a poor kid on Christmas, he's so thrilled to get 1 toy whereas if I only got 1 toy for Christmas I'd be like "Wow, one, really? Thanks Santa you a hole!"

She's a great looking stadium. I think Maurice Jones-Drew is going to enjoy playing there as well as playing in the same city he went to college. Oh wait I forgot the Jags will draft Tebow and they will sell out every game to see a guy run the wildcat 4 plays a game.

Wow that stadium looks incredible...hopefully they get a team out there and we play em. Then I'll have a good reason to go to the West Coast.

My only comment to this is that L.A. has lost not one, but two NFL teams (Rams and Raiders). They can build whatever they want, but if past performance is any indicator of future performance, they will lose #3 in about 15-20 years.

You can't have a general contractor build a sustainable fan base, no matter how much money he charges...

And the main reason for both teams leaving was because the team owners wanted a new stadium which they did not get. You can't convince me that the 2nd largest market in America couldn't support a football team. Besides, it's not like they would draw less fans than the Jags. You HAVE to move the Jags, only selling out 1 game a year is unforgivable.

Why has no one put a football team in Alabama yet? Those hillbillies would be all about some pro football. Even more-so than us.

It's too small of a market. LA and their metro area is about 3x the population of the state of Alabama.
