I think when the organization started, its' mission was a good one but over the years it has become corrupt. It's all about $ now. Remember, just because you're a not for profit corporation does not mean you don't turn one.

Well he was the coach throughout the offseason, mini-camps, training camp, and the pre-season. It's not really fair not to give him some credit. Also, he's responsible for hiring Arians too.
