    I am happy he is coming back and that he worked with his contract. I think if nothing else, he will be better under this system and at worst, good depth.

    Unless he just totally sucks then I think he makes the team. It looks really bad to other players if you are disloyal to your players. Asking a guy to take the paycut and then cutting him late when less jobs are available does not look good to other players.

    He totally sucked the last two seasons. Vets take cuts and end up released every season in the NFL.

    Obviously, his value is way down right now. Why would anyone give him any kind of decent contract based on his play the last two seasons? He bought himself a shot by taking the cut.
