Will Pacman be back after 10 games?

No.

 

If he keeps his nose clean, I think he will.

If he doesn't keep his nose clean, then he needs to leave the league. Period. If he can't learn from this, then it truely is hopeless.

 

See my comment on the other thread. I don't think it actually provides for him to be reinstated. His conduct is just reviewed, to account for further charges. Henry's suspension includes terms for how he rejoins the team during the year, pacman's does not.

 

I don't think the meaning of the review after ten games is to reduce the suspension and allow Jones to return early (hopefully I'm wrong). I think it's just to go over what transpires between then and now (Vegas case, Georgia case and any further transgressions) and see if the league still deems him eligible for return in 2008. That's how it reads to me.

yeah, that's how I read it too, I really hope they don't decide to extend it, a full season is already excessive IMO

 

He will be back!

After 10 games i have no doubt. he will bite the bullet, fulfill all the conditions(Some are BS) and will be back. Too much at stake here to not change.

 

Being back after 10 games isnt an option. The wording is confusing, but no where does it say he is eligible to return after 10 games.

 

One of two things is going to happen:
1) He takes it seriously and shapes up. Comes back in '08 and has an awesome career.
2) This ruling makes him mad and he just goes off the deep end. NFL career is an afterthought, he runs out of $$$ fast.

I hope it is #1.
