Will Leinart pull an Elway/Manning?

    The point is he doesn't have a choice. If he won't sign for the team that drafts him, he has to enter the next years draft instead. By that time he would be lucky to go on the first day, which is why you never see players doing so.

    Having said he didn't want to play for San Diego already before the draft, they did the smart thing and set up a very advantageous deal.

    Someone would draft Eli on the first day if he went back into the draft. He's too good a prospect not too

    The reason he didnt want to play for SD was they looked like they were far from making the playoffs and the manangement wasnt making the proper moves(according to Eli)to get to the playooffs.
