A late turnover also helped the Titans score the go ahead TD.
I don't think they played the entire first team D for even half the game.
No... there was no late turnover by the Texans. Unless I missed something...
But that isnt my point anyway... How many times do teams fumble when running out the clock. It just doesnt happen very often. Thats my point.
DelHomme fumbled giving the Titans a short field of about 30 yards to score the go ahead TD.
Thanks for clearing your point up though.
On the defense, the Texans basically had 2nd and 3rd string playing for MOST of the game, not first team. Look at game stats, Joseph didn't even see the field, the defensive line was mostly backups for the majority of the game, even the LB core saw considerable backup time. So, no, the Titans were not playing the first stringers for even half the game.
Edit: Actually, I could be confused about the DelHomme fumble...
Edit 2: It was earlier in the game, sack fumble, short field, led to TD.
there is no 3rd string in the NFL and the cows suck!
I was wrong about the Texans resting their starters. After they marched down the field on their first drive and scored, Kubiak pulled everyone.
The Texans defense had 2nd stringers in by the 2nd quarter.
And I dont think the Titans win if they played the Texans regulars on offense. The Titans couldnt even stop the 2nd stringers of the Texans
yes they did and that opening drive was all scripted no telling what those pansy arsed losers do if they have too go off script
So, maybe you missed my other post... how old are you?
old enough too remember back in 97 when the stoolers sat Slash and that fat arsed RB and a few other guys for the game in Memphis. Tennessee won 10-6.
Tennessee WON 10-6
