Will Fournette sue to enter the draft?

    Interesting article. It sounds to me like he has nothing to lose by suing as long as he doesn't hire an agent which was Clarette's mistake. Clarette actually won round one but lost round 2 on appeal. Why not test the appeals court again with a different judge? He's definitely ready and I wouldn't want to risk injury.

    Let's say Fournette is the most talented college RB in over 20-30 years and consensus #1 pick and NFL ready today. Why in the world would he not sue? The NFL is on shaky legal ground especially considering the NBA and MLB allow it. That rule is going to get overturned someday and who is more qualified than Fournette?
