    The cartoonist left out new GM Rick Smith and special consultant Dan Reeves, who were both on board prior to the draft. My guess is neither of them could pass the Wunderlic draft aptitude test either.

    He was hired in June.

    Looking at the Texans brain trust at the draft, it was hard to tell which clown was which. Maybe you can identify the clowns in this footage and tell us who's who.
