245 LB DE/situational rusher... I would probably be upset. I think he is a 3rd rounder honestly.

NFL website has him graded as an 86.0 which is pretty good. I guess he wouldn't be great value at 20 but I wouldn't be upset with the pick, he probably has the best first step of all the available pass rushers.
