If Titans stink again, what would you do?

  1. Tank for Top Pick?

    22.0%
  2. Play season as normal and fix QB elsewhere?

    78.0%

If anyone besides Jadaveon Clowney is the top pick, it'll be a travesty.

No, Teddy Bridgewater or Manziel should not be #1 over Clowney.

Teddy Bridgewater and Tahj Boyd are rated higher than him on NFL draft boards.

Manziel is a classic case of great college player but not so great NFL player.

I'd easily take Teddy or Tajh over Manziel. Johnny is a great college football player, questionable if he has an NFL body, NFL arm, and the correct mindset to take on an NFL team.

As for the Clowney vs. Teddy debate, all depends on who's #1. Potential elite DE don't when football games on there own, potential elite QBs do.

I'm not an A&M fan by any means but Manziel is a badass. He is only going to get better. If any QB is gonna be worthy of a top pick it'll b him.

he could end up much better than his older brother. Like Eli is better than Peyton when it matters most. David was destined for failure due to the position he was put in. He may have been an OK QB if he were put in the position of Aaron Rodgers for example. I kinda think you have to judge each prospect as an individual.

I always felt David was set up for failure. That is true. And he could end up being better that his older brother, just like Eli. But Eli is just better, not a lot better, just better. Whereas Derek would need to be a hell of a lot better than David.
