    No you said that the rushing yards would have been passing yards if said qb was a pocket qb which is not necessarily true. If no one is open theres no other option than to run. A pocket qb would try his best to check down or throw the ball away. Those rushing yards from a mobile qb wouldn't just translate into passing yards for a pocket qb. Having a qb that has the ability to run is a nice benefit though. Look at Mcnair he became a great pocket qb as he aged but he still had the ability to pick up first downs with his legs when he needed to.
