We had a real chance to move forward with this team 3 years ago when Fisher and Young were gone and where have we gone?? No where, Why? Munchak and Locker. A good football team has a good qb and an excellent coach that can lead and we have neither. I was willing to give Munch the chance and give him 1 or 2 seasons but after 3 seasons I am done with this guy and same for Locker. Qb's today come in to the league way more developed than in the past and they can be thrown right in there.

Blame Jake all you want for his seeming to be prone to injury and i will jump in line with that, but I thought his on field development was coming along just fine before his injury. Referring to RG3, Andrew Luck, Russell Wilson? RG 3 and Colin Kap.....however you spell it, both benefited from gimmicks to pass the time last season and have come back to earth this season. Luck has been very average his first two seasons. Imo, developement of NFL QBs hasnt greatly sped up. Coaches are finding ways to implement what they did in college to help them succeed while developing into the pro game. Jake was not afforded that. He came in this season and did what he was asked to do. When he was asked to light it up, he did vs. the Jets and somewhat vs the chargers. He also managed the game as he was asked until the injury. As I said, wanna jump him for being injury prone, I will get on board, but his on field developement was going just fine, which makes it that much more frustrating imo.

his senior season he was hurt as well from what I believe and he missed his senior season in HS due to injury too. WTF are our scouts doing. What about Cam Newton , his development has been good I would say. Locker has 2 good games, what about the rest and you can't develop if you aren't on the field. Durability is key to success and he does not have it! Move on!

Cam actually played his rookie year,so he is a season ahead of Jake, if Jake doesnt miss due to injury.Locker had more tha two good games. Peeps look to much at yards and all that garbage. No turnovers through four games is four good games imo. Yea, he missed Britt on the slant that woulda ultimately....been another drop for Britt. It was one pass. It happened to our beloved Steve McNair from time to time too. But one thing I can ride with you on is that you wont improve while on crutches. If I couldnt attend my job half the time, my employer would move on from me. If it happens again next season many here will get their wish.

Ok we can disagree. But a couple of points. Professional players play for money. Quite different than high school and college ball. And yes, I multiple team sports growing up. So I definitely believe financial security is the prime motivator for pro players when the playoffs and championships are no longer possible.

I disagree completely. I want to see Munch go, but this team has been in every game.
