Who plays right tackle next season?

    This probably deserves its own thread. I don't have an answer to the question and I'm interested in reading others' thoughts.

    As far as I can tell, these are the best remaining candidates in free agency:

    • Joe Barksdale, OT
    • Jake Long, OT
    • Byron Bell, OT
    • Anthony Collins, OT
    Nothing too appealing there. Mid-round draft pick, maybe? Seems awfully risky. If Mettenberger is the guy, he will need protection. He holds the ball as long as basically any QB in the league.

    I think if @JCBRAVE crams down a few more McDonald's value meals he may have a shot.

    But seriously, I think we spend an early pick on an OT and that will be our guy. Not saying I want that, but it just seems like something we would do.

    Meh... Barksdale I guess? Though he let up a lot of pressures last season.

    Shows how bad Mr blindside was when we cut him without a replacement on the roster

    Whoever lasts till 33.

    Sign stingily just in case, nobody on that FA list is good enough

    We did land Roos and Dave Stewart in the 2nd and 4th rounds, I'm guessing we test our luck at 33. Theres 4 or 5 good Tackles coming out, hopefully one slides to us at 33.

    If the Titans use the #33 pick on a RT after using #10 on Warmack, #11 on Lewan and making Andy Levitre the highest paid guy on the team, there is absolutely no acceptable result other than having the best offensive line in football.
