Who are the Titans building blocks

    MCM recently did a post about who are the Tennessee Titans building blocks. He classified building blocks as players that other teams would love to have on their team and the new coach/ management would 100% keep. Lets not be real slack and give credit where it is not deserved. I'll place my list below.

    QB: Marcus Mariota
    WR: DGB, Wright
    TE: Delanie Walker
    Tackle: Lewan
    Guard: Warmack

    OLB: Orakpo & Morgan
    DE/DT: Casey

    Edit: I added in Lewan and Warmack because new management would keep them and I think just about every team in the league would want them at least for depth, some even starters.

    Is Walker really a building block though? He'll be 32 before 2016 kicks off. A damn shame too. Chances are by the time this team is ready to compete he won't have much left.

    Thats a good point. When you look at it like that probably not, but when you think in terms of the next 3 years then 100% yes.

    Walker doesn't have much playing time left, plus im not so sure he signs with us again. He's pretty mouthy about negatives of the team.

    I feel the same way about wright with the exception of age.

    The only Ace in the hole that might keep those two around would be Yoda.
