Whisenhunt Rips Wide Receivers

Whiz does talk publicly about Locker's poor performance, just not in this thread.

 

I think she was being sarcastic, but either way, I don't think we should label this as "airing dirty laundry", or "ripping" anyone.

For one, he didn't say anything that wasn't obvious watching the game. And two, I read it as a complement to Hunter. He is too good not to make those plays.

When he says "Hunter is overrated", or "Hunter is a bust".. That is ripping him and the kind of thing he should not say. But I didn't see anything wrong with what was in the quote posted.

 

This is the third time we see a coach saying that Hunter has "no fire" "no Balls".He needs to fix whatever his doing wrong before is to late.

Nate and locker might not be here next year but Hunter is our future and I think that's why whiz is calling him out.

 

Normally Whiz is a pretty tight lipped coach, he got on Delanie for airing out his thoughts on last years team, using the media is sometimes a motivator.

 

Just PK desperate for views.

 

Ugh, after the awful game last week, I somewhat expect Hunter to have a good game and Locker be a lot better. I picked up Sanu, who'll be the #1 if Green doesn't start. Toss up between which one to start.....

 

I agree with whiz. I saw several balls that could have been caught by wright too. I expect our receivers to catch anything that touches their hands and help take the pressure off jake.
