What's the scoop on Gus Bradley? I'm surprised to see him currently in 3rd place.

Can't speak for everyone. But for me....

3 sub-.500 seasons in 9 years (2 of which were 7-9). Had a shot at winning a Super Bowl with Rex freaking Grossman at QB. Was one game away from another Super Bowl in 2010. That's all fairly impressive to me. Especially considering what he's had to work with (offensively) and the competition in that division of late.

Is he the #1 best option for the Titans? Perhaps not. Is he unquestionably better than the sack of crap we're currently stuck with? Of course.

He sounds very much like Jeff Fisher in his first 9 seasons. He's not that good and he's done nothing in 6 years.

    I really wanted Arians.

Watch, he is going to go after OL in free agency and the draft, early and make a trade for a vet QB. Arizona is going to be a sleeper team next year. Arians is probably going to be the most successful coach out of that group in the next five years.

One game away from the SB in 2010. And 11-5, 8-8, 10-6 the past three seasons. They were in the league's toughest division this year, and a game they had no control over kept them out the playoffs. I wouldn't exactly call that having "done nothing". But everyone has their own perspective.
