The last good 360 exclusive? Not sure. But what is ps3's? lol

Maybe Infamous? Sorry, one game like that isn't making things "not even close".

Flower? lol If we're just naming ANY exclusive, I can match that.

    Killzone 2? Gears 2.

    So once again... Infamous?

We're not comparing games, I'm asking when the last good one was.

Flower has an 87 rating on metacritic. Of course you wouldn't know, you haven't played it.

Gears 2 was released 9 months ago...really that's the last good exclusive? Almost a year ago?

    Infamous - PS3 - Sony - 192,700 copies sold in June

    Prototype - Xbox 360 - Activision - 419,900 copies sold in june

so what does exclusive really mean? are you such a Sony fanboy you get all tickled pink when a game for ps3 cannot be played on another system?

Sony doesnt have the strength they use to have with PS2. things have changed. The media recognizes the 360 now more than PS3, even Obama mentioned the 360 in a speech the other day. MS has done a great marketing job and they arent looking back.

*sigh* you forget the other 350,000 copies sold in the 2 days it was released in June.

Obama was criticising video games by the way.

What is it with you and numbers anyway? And why only US numbers?
You want some real numbers explain the following -

PS3 sold more in the same period then the 360 has.
PS3 sells more on yearly average
The attach rate on games is better with the PS3 then the 360
PS3 brings in more income for developers

Let's not forget the fact that in their hurry to be the first console out, Microsoft released a faulty product.
History says that the first console released does the best, Microsoft have failed in that, getting demolished by the Wii in total sales and being beaten on yearly averages by the PS3.
They lose former exclusives every other day
They have the least amount of first party support
    They lost out on HD-DVD
They've lost billions on warranties for RROD.
They're the only one charging for online.
They not only use a last gen format, they make developers pay extra if the game runs onto more than one disc.

What exactly are they winning? You hear of Microsoft because it is an American company. You wouldn't hear of it any where else in the world.

Like I said you have no idea so just shut up and stick to stabbing your hand with a knife.

And I asked you the same question.

If you're really going to mention these little gay freeware type games, you're fighting a losing battle. I can give you XBL Arcade games that crap on this one.

Killzone 2 was released 7 months ago. Is 2 months really that big of a difference?
MLB The Show (lmao you're NOT serious) was released almost half a year ago.

    So once again...

Infamous? That's the "by far" you're talking about? 1 game? And Jesse mentioned Prototype, which is basically the exact same game, but different powers.
No, you're not bias at all, are ya? haha

And I told you. You still haven't been able to answer it.

    see above.

February was 5 months ago. So wrong again.

    4 months ago. Wrong again.
Metacritic rating of 90 by the way.

Once again, you are proven wrong.

And regardless if Prototype is the same or not, it's not exclusive, which again is the whole point.

By the way, I wouldn't be calling anyone a fan boy considering you just made stuff up to try and make a pro-360 point.
You haven't even played any of the games and you still argue against it.

    Good work fanboy. Keep trying.

Not to mention the landscape is starting to shift away from the 'big bad box.'

Nintendo (more about fun than about being "hardass") is working on another Mario Galaxy, a Sin and Punishment sequel, a new FF Crystal Chronicles, Endless Ocean 2, a new Mario, Metroid, Wii Fit series, a new Silent Hill, Spectrobes and plenty more VC and Wiiware to finish it all off. I'm already starting to regret 'getting bored' with it.

Sony has follow ups to Uncharted, God of War, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 will be out, Operation Flashpoint, and a new Battlefield for PSN, most of which are online ready. They will be out in due time, long enough to finish the year and start 2010 strong.

Now what is only on 360 that would make me want to go out and buy an elite set? Exclusives do matter. They tell gamers and consumers why they should buy that system. I checked the official website and didn't find more than Halo 3 ODST and Forza 3 on that upcoming games list. Two games. Two new games that ps3 doesn't already have are supposed to convince me that 360 and its outdated technology warrant a purchase.

If successful 360 sales of Prototype are all the MS fans have to brag about then that tells me there's not much left to look forward to in Redmond. The execs can talk about specs and Live support all they want- their luck will run out.

Even though I have the ps3, I still pick Nintendo to win it all after a 15-year drought.

The 360 game "lineup" reminds me of the bratty schoolkid who answers every other kid's insult with "I know you are but what am I." There's very little reason to buy something I can get elsewhere for more value and knowing it won't decide to quit on me in the middle of Oblivion (also on pc and ps3).

It's all about the finish. So much for owning.
