Vince Young was not on the sidelines for any of the games while he was injured, save a brief 1 quarter appearance during the Texans game... Romo was.

It definitely was the last straw for Fisher. Yeah, Fish never wanted to draft VY, but it wasn't until then that he truly hated him. If that incident doesn't happen, VY wouldn't have been pulled against the Steelers.

I can't think of a single time multiple players on a team called a guy out in the media, can you? It just doesn't happen, whether they feel like he let them down or not.

Even if ONE guy calls out another player, there will always be ten more to say the politically correct thing.

Notice both of those games we were out of, or a very long shot, for playoff contention. The guy comes in and plays well when all is lost.
