Still didn't answer the question.
Right. In an era with teams DESPARATE for a QB... all the other teams cut him because he was too good.
The best shot putter ever to put a football.
Honestly I'm curious to see if anyone can make a case for Locker at this point.
VY wasn't the smartest and was by no means a cornerstone at QB, but he was good on 3rd down, in the 4th quarter, and scored points. I'd say you're lucky to get 1 of those 3 things from Locker on any given day.
Jake Locker: 26 Games, 57.1% Completion Percentage, 7.02 YPA, 25 TD, 19 INT, 3 FUM LOST, 79.5 RAT, 87 rushes, 575 yards, 6.6 AVG, 4 TD
Vince Young (TEN): 53 Games, 58% Completion Percentage, 6.8 YPA, 42 TD, 42 INT, 6 FUM LOST, 75.8 RAT, 264 rushes, 1,380 yards, 5.2 AVG, 12 TD
They both suck apparently, you needed us to tell you that?
VY was better imo. Jake strengths are VY's weaknesses, but he's just not as good as VY was. If only VY had Jake's work ethic. VY rarely panicked like Locker does. That panicking sh*t is just pathetic.
VY as a Titan was better... but definitely do not want either as your long-term starter.
Locker has character, but less talent.
VY had some talent, no maturity or character.
Lose-lose.. like a game of "who'd you rather" featuring Rosie O'Donnell or Roseanne.
Who's better though
Brian Hoyer is better.
