True, True. I also think part was Chucky C. making the calls.
This works for me. Dunta or Peppers would be just fine by me.
Antonio Pierce just got released....he could be a VERY good pickup!!
Dude, we gotta get this guy. I didn't ever like this guy cause he played for the Giants but I'd love to have him on our D. Make it happen Mike.
Now that Matt Jones is a Bengal, can we shift our attention to the defensive side? I swear, it seems more and more like Fish will just never gonna learn. This pre-offseason looks like it's gonna be another WTF one.
Come on Man!
Oh yeah, and stratch the Antonio Pierce idea. I didn't know he was a MLB and did't know he had just had a neck injury. Pass.
Chris Johnson also had a neck injury...so lets cut him.
I don't understand why people want these players. Sure, they're good. But, we would have to break the bank for them. Not to mention Dunta played horribly this past season. You never see teams like the Patriots or the Colts spending big in the free agency.
That's not the same though. CJ is a young stud who has rebounded quite well. Pierce's injury makes me think that's why NY cut him. If I'm wrong about the guy and he still has a lot left in the tank then I'll gladly admit I'm wrong about him.
I just feel that since he and Tulloch both play MLB, it'd be better to keep the younger guy with more football ahead of him. Again, Pierce might still be just as good as he's ever been and if so then I'd say get the guy. The thing about Tulloch is that Rosenpuss is his agent and he might want more than he's worth.
I think we can both agree that we want this team to get better though.
I personally want these players because they're bad@ss. I see what you're saying about Dunta but come on he plays for the Texans. Peppers is a beast and would be worth every penny. Sure it's a lot of money but you have to spend more to get more.
