You're kidding right. The Titans have the same number of wins as the Texans this year, so both teams are bad. However the Titans franchise has been a loser franchise for over 40 years. The Texans have been losers for only 4 1/2 years

No see a "loser franchise" would imply that we do not have a winning season. Check the AFC championship trophy to verify that one.

On the other hand the Cows have no winning seasons thus would be considered a "loser franchise".
