Where are the scrubs?

    Are Justin Gage, Donnie Nickey, and Eugene Amano still a part of the Titans or have they been released? I feel thanks to grindtime, CJtheBeast, and GeronimoJackson we need a thread directing attention to a certain bunch of "players" better known as the scrubs of American Football. The Boom, Justine Gags (that's his porn star name), and Eugene Amano need to be let go. Fisher got the boot, and so should his stupid signings. Giving Amano an extension after 2008 was beyond dumb, but that's how the Fish rolls. Acquiring Gage in the first place was even dumber, he's a 4th stringer at best anywhere beside Tennessee. And how on Earth Donnie Nickey is even still around is beyond belief. That guy was hardly good enough to hold the water jugs, let alone take up a roster spot for all those big hits he dreams about.

    So fellow Titan fans, get this SOB to 2000 posts so Mike Munchak will inform us they're all gone too!!!

    I still like Amano as a guard, just not leading the offensive line at center. I agree that there are a lot of scrub players that Fish has kept that Munch needs to let go.

    My scrub list would be:

    Vince Young - we know he's out
    Justin Gage - old and useless
    Jovan Haye - Has he ever done anything?
    Ryan Mouton - He sucks
    Donnie Nickey - please please don't re-sign him Munch
    Chris Simms - WEEEED

    Yeah I was about to ask why isn't Jovan "I get happy over any tackle even if we are down by 28" Haye on that list.

    Hopefully they are are toast. We could bring in rookie FA's that would be more value for this team.

    I like Hawkins, when he's been given a chance he's been good. I hope Munch gives him a shot. I like McRath and Witherspoon but we need more depth in our linebacking corps.

    Nickey, Haye and Gage are the three that absolutely have to go IMO. Mouton is still young and (I really can't believe I'm saying this) deserves a little more time. I'm fine with keeping Amano on the roster but he certainly doesn't need to be our starting center.

    Speaking of scrubs, can we please fire Alan Lowry already?
