I find it amusing that the Texans are ridiculed for "never" having a winning record.

5 years of existence and that is the basis for your smack? That would be like making fun of a 5 year old child for not winning a foot race against college age sprinters!

Titans have been around for 40+ years and have only one SB appearance and a pretty spotty overall record. I know the Texans, despite our shaky beginnings will beat crap out of the titan long term record of futility.

It all comes down to ownership, and with Fat Bud Adams signing the checks, I don't look for things to change in Tennessee anytime soon.
