What will/should linebackers group look like in '17?

I'm just thinking that ILB is pretty deep this year which will cause teams to stay away until later. Use #18 on Zach Cunningham or a second round pick on Jarrad Davis?

 

Our front 7 is great at stopping the run, but can't cover and isn't fast enough to get to the qb. A guy like Cunningham would help our d as much as any player not playing cb. Cbs and ilbs are "deep" this year, so i wouldn't be mad if we don't go there in the first. But, we have to address these 2 positions, period. Williamson and woodyard are 2 down guys, we need a 3 down ilb.

 

I'm definitely take a hard look at Ben Boulware Jan 9. against Alabama. Undersized at 6' ft 235 lbs, but his instincts and play recognition is off the charts. Fits the exact mold that JRob wants in a player, and he could be had for a 4th or later.

 

Yeah kid looks very good from what I have seen.....I would love to have his attitude on Defense.

 

Except when he grabs opposing players dicks...

 

Haha granted very odd, but probably not the worst thing someone/team has done to get a competitive edge on an opponent.

 

I like Williamson alot actually. I would keep everyone minus woodyard. And draft the best inside linebacker available

 

You might even day the e are only 10 of them ;-)
