Biggest surprise to me was Miami trading up to 3, Cooper at 7, DJ Hayden at 12, and the late run on O-Linemen.

Raiders were prepared to take Hayden at 3, if they couldn't find a trade.

That would have been perfect for them to do

    Initial reaction -

    Minnesota won round 1

Dallas lost round 1 and maybe entire draft

Some interesting comments I heard with Jason Garrett being pissed at Jerry Jones for not selecting BAP. They reached for a 3rd talent and panicked when a deal with another trading partner fell through. Never been so obvious Dallas needs a GM and some new blood taking over most of that franchise. Jones is the new Al Davis this isnt the 90s anymore.

The C from Wisconsin being drafted in the first round when he had a 3rd round grade.

MIN may have won rd 1 but they lost the draft. Do they even have 2 picks left?

Most of your team is built in rounds 2-5. Not round 1.

EJ Manuel was for sure the biggest shocker.
Dallas taking that C is the biggest fail/reach i've ever seen on draft day in recent memory.
Couldn't believe the Jets didn't take a receiver but i guess they're banking on depth in the 2nd.
Cooper at 7 made me feel good and bad. I really wanted him so it sucked to see him go but it also validated my incessant cheerleading of him the last month or two lol.
