    That team was overhauled from the last year Weaver was the owner. Their roster was worse than an expansion team.

    The jags are way ahead of the titans as far as a good team to move. The owner may be "trying" but they are consistently horrible. How are you guys making them sound like a team you want us to be like. The jags will continue to be one of the two worst teams in football for the next 50 years if the stay on this path.

    This is the old convention center and the plan is to stuff another 50lbs of potatoes into the 5lb sack.
    This will be mostly condos and parking for said residents.
    I don't see this having the effect they project whatsoever - just another ruse to lame-ify downtown and put a bunch of money in developers' pockets..
