What if the free agent market is even worse next year?

    Even less high-caliber players for even more money. Do we pass again? Or do we overpay?

    And I don't know how you could say it won't happen, when odds are teams aren't going to let Champ Baileys go, and it'll be one or two Nate Clements's again, whom you'll have to pay Champ Bailey money to get.

    So, since we didn't land a top-level guy this year: do we have to land one next year; or can we afford to not take a shot at improving the team again through FA (regardless of whether we tried or not--you either have the guy on your roster or you do not).

    Why pick up other teams garbage? True dynasties are built through the draft and that is what MR is trying to do for the Titans.

    So much could happen between now there's no point in worrying about any FA's other than those on our own roster.. With Fisher unsigned beyond this year expect just about anything..

    I think he was more talking about players like Fowler, Gage, Harper, Herndon, and any other team's garbage we find along the way.
