    I agree that Gonzo is one of the best TEs ever.
    Still, if I was going to open the bank vault and throw a ton of money at a player the last position I would do so would be at TE.

    i know where you're coming from, but i just dont trust troupe to know the offense and i dont know if scaife will ever be durable. scaife was given an extra year or two at texas because of injury and hasnt been all that durable in the pros.

    gonzo played in one of the more complicated offenses under al saunders and has never missed more than a game in a season.

    i agree, we shouldnt break the bank on a tightend, but i think we should think about getting a consistent starter like daniel graham.

    There's no telling if Ben Hartsock, Casey Cramer or Cooper Wallace will be around next year. They may be camp bodies but these guys are nothing to rely on.

    He'll be here, but Ben Troupe is not winning the favor of any coaches. He has not been reliable. He won't be cut, but believe we'll have our eyes open for additional help at the position.
